A simple dish we make when we want something light but full of flavour. The roasted tomatoes and garlic pair really well with the creamy labneh.
Works well as a side, starter or something to share with bread.

Steps
Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.

Serve the sliced chicken over rice with broccoli.
