Rosemary focaccia

Description:

A classic focaccia we make at home, with a soft interior and crisp golden top. The rosemary and sea salt keep it simple but really flavourful.

Great as a side, for dipping or just eaten on its own.

Steps

  • Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.

  • Coat the chicken in flour, then dip into beaten egg.

  • Cover the chicken in panko breadcrumbs, pressing to coat evenly.

  • Remove the chicken and let it rest briefly before slicing.

  • Serve the sliced chicken over rice with broccoli.

  • Top with spring onions and any extra sauce if using.
